Good morning, everyone! My name is Heather Grooms, and I am thrilled to be here today representing The Landlord Finders® Build Real Estate. I am not only a licensed real estate broker but also the proud owner of Build Real Estate Construction and Land Development Advisors Inc. Additionally, I work as a mortgage loan advisor with New American Funding.

My journey in the real estate industry began in 2017 when I started as a realtor. It was during this time that I realized the immense value and importance of the rental market. Prior to becoming a realtor, I experienced homelessness twice, which gave me a unique perspective on the struggles faced by individuals in need of stable housing.

In late 2018, I founded The Landlord Finders® along with Screenme2Rent™, and that's when the real magic began. Our mission is to help individuals obtain an address, which in turn increases stability and improves their lives for the better. We take pride in being problem solvers, and we always strive for more business and consistency in our operations. Our ultimate goal is to align our vision with protocol and maintain a high level of consistency.
